Georgetown Little Theatre Board of Directors have been recently made aware of a member that has come into contact with the COVID19 virus. In accordance with local public health guidelines, the building is closed completely until further notice.

A complete deep clean of the building has begun and the facility will remain closed until further notice.

Notifications are being made via email and telephone to anyone that may have come into "third contact" with the virus. At this time, it appears that it would be surface contact only and no direct contact with someone that has the virus.
It is not believed that this member had contact with the virus from any interaction at the Studio and contact with the virus was made at another location.

Georgetown Little Theatre remains vigilant and all proper protocols have been followed. Hand sanitation services have been and remain in place, masks are to be worn at all times, and distancing of 6' is mandatory. Due to these strict guidelines, risk to member safety is considered low/minimal.

GLT’s Youth Company (GLT-YC) is celebrating its fourteenth highly successful year of operation! It is open to and run by youth aged 10 to 18, mentored by experienced GLT adult members. Many people tell us it’s the most fun their kids have ever had! And audiences are often amazed at the high quality, polished shows these talented young people perform.

For 57 years, Georgetown Little Theatre (GLT) has presented high quality, live theatre, right here in Georgetown (and sometimes, Acton)! The company truly is a cultural institution in Halton Hills. It creates three main stage shows per season, in November, February and April, as well as other smaller shows and events throughout the year.
